At Deity Microphones, we stand behind our professional audio gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, like-new condition. All products must include original packaging and accessories to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your Deity gear in its original retail box, ensuring all cables, clips, and windscreens are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
