What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. If the product has been opened, it must include all original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.
Are Deity microphones compatible with all cameras and smartphones?
Our microphones are designed to be highly compatible. Most use standard 3.5mm TRS/TRRS or XLR connections. For newer smartphones without a jack, a certified Lightning or USB-C to 3.5mm adapter may be required.
